Manchester is one of the cities chosen to host an event for the 2012 Olympics. Football, (soccer) games will be held at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United. (The Theatre of dreams)

Three local amateur radio clubs have joined forces to operate these special event stations to celebrate this great occasion. The stations will operate throughout the olympic and paralympic games.
